PinupGirl Clothing Review
I was compensated in the form of a free product. However, all opinions are my own.
I swear that I was born in the wrong era. At least I think so. I am absolutely in love with anything and everything retro and vintage. I tell you, if there were more thrift stores in the area, I'd be at them all the time. But, I digress. I'm here to talk about Pinup Girl Clothing!
Yes. It is exactly what it sounds like. Vintage, rockabilly, pinup style clothing. You can only imagine my excitement when I found their website! I squealed with joy! When I was chosen to review two dresses from their website, I was all over that.
The two dresses that I chose were the
Plus Size Dee Dee Dress in Mint and Black Pin Dot
The Sailor Swing Dress in Navy - Plus Size
To say that I am satisfied is underselling it. I am absolutely in love with both of these dresses!
The fit is great, and I mean, really great. I'm plus-sized so it's hard to find a dress that really doesn't make me look bleh. Even the belts that came with the dresses fit great! But I know, I know, you guys probably want to see me in them, don't you?
I feel like a doll in this dress and I LOVE IT!
It feels Alice In Wonderland-esque!
Yeah, my model poses aren't the best. Gonna have to work on that. But I know for certain that I definitely found my Easter dress. Plus, I am going to be cosplaying (my first cosplay!) as a doll at Steampunk World's Fair this year in this dress!
Oh, and I give this dress five stars for twirlability. I love twirling in pretty dresses! Hey, I'm still a little girl at heart!
Now onto the Sailor Swing dress...
I feel like I'm taken back to another era when I wear it!
It does twirl.
This one gets a 4.5 out of 5 in twirlability. But I don't think it was really meant for twirling.
All in all, I am in love, and I have these gorgeous dresses to add to my wardrobe. So, if you are looking for a website that caters to all body types, you must check them out!
